What is the duty of an administrator? Take care of the community, help the playerbase.
Why would you make a good staff member on Cheeki Breeki Misery Roleplay? I manage to get on the server for a bit each day, weekends its longer. I'm not a raging cunt. I already have a good idea of what I'd need to do and what is expected of me.
How long can you be on, weekdays and weekends? Weekdays, 5pm-10pm EST. Weekends, whenever you need me.
Are you able to maintain your maturity even in tense, frustrating situations? Yeah.
Can you deal with multiple issues at once? Such as resolving player issues while setting up stashes and events to keep things busy and fun? Yep.

Examples and Scenarios
If you would like to be able to set up events and stashes, please provide an example of an event or stash below;
1(Stash); I'd hang a UKM Ragdoll in a tree, make it look like a failed parachute attempt. They'd need a way to get up to him and cut him down without damaging him.
1(Event); I've been thinking about a pretty fun one where they'd see an eerie looking snowman in one point of the sim, and there'd be actual body parts in place of like sticks for arms and what have you, of course there'd be a controller somewhere fucking around with it making it move. More or less its just a spooky/silly trap.
Two players have got into an argument over a roleplay involving a small, isolated firefight. The two are at each other's throats over whose shots are going to land and whose are not. It is clear that one of them is powergaming, and probably in it for the scripts, yet he isn't the one who iniated the engagement. The better roleplayer is obviously on the 'mugging' side, and is trying to make things slightly fair, though shows just a teeny bit of powergaming as well. What do?

I get the logs and of the situation and watch for any further attempts of ignoring the other player's actions. I correct their mistakes and have them continue, if any other examples of powergaming come up I end their meeting, if they can't responsibly converse and allow each other to RP then they'll be voided. TL;DR I'll give them the tools to correct their mistakes but if the bird house is still shit I'm not going to bother.
