| General InformationSteam Name: Heavy Weapons Cop Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:27086834 Steam Profile Link:http://steamcommunity.com/id/msebringAge: Nineteen (doba-do beep bop boop borp.) RP Experience: Five years on Garry's Mod. Administrative Experience: Ran my own server for almost a year, and was an admin on various servers throughout the course of my time on Gmod. General QuestionsWhat is the duty of an administrator? To ensure the RP environment is kept stable, and that no one leaves the server feeling that they've been swindled out of their time. Why would you make a good staff member on Cheeki Breeki Misery Roleplay? Being unbiased in any argument is something I excel at, as well as years of RP experience and patience. How long can you be on, weekdays and weekends? currently unemployed means that I can be on whenever I'm needed, as I never log out of steam. Time wise, I'm on the server for normally 2-3 hour intervals on the weekdays and about 6-7 hours on weekends. Are you able to maintain your maturity even in tense, frustrating situations? Yes. Can you deal with multiple issues at once? Such as resolving player issues while setting up stashes and events to keep things busy and fun? Yes. Examples and ScenariosIf you would like to be able to set up events and stashes, please provide an example of an event or stash below; 1(Stash); The stash would be placed in a spot not often searched by players, perhaps somewhere that requires some tricky jumping. The contents would be nothing of high value. 1(Event); The event would be announced via IC, whether it be a job, small task, mutant invasion etc. Careful observation of the group would be necessary, to ensure no rules are broken. /event would be used to announce any major occurrences during the path. Minor loot would be placed in set points, guarded by either admins or volunteers. Two players have got into an argument over a roleplay involving a small, isolated firefight. The two are at each other's throats over whose shots are going to land and whose are not. It is clear that one of them is powergaming, and probably in it for the scripts, yet he isn't the one who iniated the engagement. The better roleplayer is obviously on the 'mugging' side, and is trying to make things slightly fair, though shows just a teeny bit of powergaming as well. What do?Listen to both sides of the story, and consider the facts. If either one was powergaming, remind them that powergaming is against the rules and they must correct their error. If no resolution is reached after addressing their concerns, proceed to void the event with permission from a higher ranking administrator. **Claus; By sending in this application you acknowledge the fact that you may or may not be accepted, and that though we will provide valid reasons for your application's denial, arguing about why you were 'wrongfully denied' or anything of that sort will not help your next application get accepted anytime sooner. Oh, by the way, put doba-do next to your age to insure you read this.** | |
