Character's Backstory: Joe was a few things before he came to the Zone. He started his trading business in a vietnamese city called Cần Thơ. He did bets on fights, 'bout seventy hundred a fighter. He got his money from interest. If you don't pay up, your debt increases by fourty VND. He, like alot of traders, had some customers that weren't so rich. Some called him the father of the town. He gave a portion of his money to the poor, and children in Cần Thơ. But he wanted to do something much more.
Soon enough, his dreams were answered. Four years later, 2007, the Zone was grabbing his attention. He heard of marvelous tales of people getting millions of dollars in rubles. This was his time to shine. He went over to a different city in vietnam, Hà Nội. It was special class, so of course the air ports were gonna be more expensive. But, he wanted to take the risk. He bought his plane ticket, and took a ride to Kiev.
He exchanged his VND, about three hundred grand, which gave him two thousand rubles. He knew VND didn't cost much in other countries, in fact he thought they wouldn't even take the currency. He stayed in Kiev a while, two or so years, got suppliers, friends, to prepare him for the Zone. He one day talked to a man named Miller, a middle aged man, it seemed. He told him about how he can get him to the Zone for only eight hundred rubles, if he does something for him. Of course, eight hundred rubles in russia is nothing, so 'course he got fishy. But he kept listening.
The man wanted him to get into the Zone, and tell something to a group of Stalkers. Their descriptions was a hispanic male in his mid twenties and rather hefty, and a Guido man nearing his thirties. He handed him a makarov, and some AK-74u, coming with two boxes of armour piercing ammo and regular bullets. He also gave him a sunrise, his own variant [the pbf whatever thing that oswald gots]. He was then sent into the Zone.
He was honest-to-god dumb faced. Almost shitting his pants. He had a friend with him, though. A man named Argyle. He was said to be some sort of Dark Stalker, so he covered his face. He was plenty nice, though. He was armed with a sharp machete on his side, and a IO7a. He also had a saw'd off colt .357 python. He did what Joeniel said, and when in heat, Joeniel did what he said.
Joelniel asked everywhere for the Guido and Hispanic male. He was appointed to a male named Karim, and soon found him in garbage. He saw the male had a balcalva, and...was...hispanic! He wasn't very hefty, though. But he figured that was for a few reasons, being a stalker in the Zone, 'course. He talked to him, and, sure enough and with a blood curdling cry from Joeniel, he was told that there are two Karim's in the Zone. He sighed, almost giving up. Argyle seemed to still look, though.
And, amazingly, Argyle found out where they are. They were paired up, both in high quality gear. They were in Pripyat, a new city found in the outskirts of the Zone. He asked around for information of this place, and most people said it was a death trap, full of useless artifacts. Other said it was a jack pot, and where the artifact 'gold mine' was. Joelniel paused, and asked more about this gold mine artifact. They say it has no cons to it. Not addictive at all. It heals you, can fix bones in seconds, and they say rids enemies off. It was costing a fortune, too, if someone found it. Eighty million rubles. While that isn't that much, really, just a few million dollars, which still is alot, it'd get him into some real business. He sended a card to Miller, saying he's found the Guido and the hispanic male. He said he needs some gear, and will talk to them shortly. He was starting up a trading business, and looking for this rare artifact.

Character's Method of Supply: Given by his supplier Miller for his mission in the Zone. Miller has access to several suppliers in Ukraine, Kiev. United States, California. And even one in Ontario, Canada. Miller got these suppliers by luck in gambling and fooling stalkers in the Zone for their pockets. He often sends people on missions and asks for their wallets to get access, most of the time kidnapping them if he feels it. He is part of no mafia, which means he's independant. But, don't expect Joelniel to be ordering Exo's any time soon. Miller is known for weapons specifically and flash drives. He also has a few stashes in the Zone that were planted by his mercenaries. The best suit, at the moment he can supply, is IO7a military vests, and anoraks. (^Minimum of 1 Paragraph^)
